Ruuvimeisselibitti Wera TX30 Torx Plus 89 mm, 1/4 inch kuusiokanta, 1 kpl (05060054001)

Wera 05060054001 is a single Torx Plus TX30 screwdriver bit with an 89 mm length and a 1/4" hex shank. It is designed for Torx BO (tamper-resistant) fasteners featuring a center pin; the bit profile accepts the pin to enable secure engagement. Manufactured in the Czech Republic, this bit fits standard 1/4" holders and is suitable for repair, assembly and maintenance tasks where precise engagement and reliable torque transfer are required.

Advantages

The Wera TX30 Torx Plus bit combines a Torx Plus geometry for improved contact and torque transfer with a BO profile to work with pin-in-Torx (tamper-resistant) screws. Its 89 mm length provides reach in recessed or hard-to-access fasteners while the 1/4" hex shank conforms to DIN ISO 1173-F 6.3 for compatibility with common bit holders and screwdrivers. The material and finish ensure wear resistance for universal use.

Suitable for

• Installing and removing pin-in-Torx (TORX BO) screws
• Repair and maintenance of electronics, appliances and machinery
• Assembly tasks requiring precise torque transmission

How to use

Insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible bit holder or screwdriver. Align the Torx Plus tip so the center bore accepts the pin of the TORX BO screw, then apply steady axial pressure and rotate to tighten or loosen the fastener. Use appropriate torque settings on powered drivers to avoid over‑tightening. Inspect the bit tip before use and replace it when worn to maintain proper engagement.

Recommendations

Use this bit with matching BO (pin-in) Torx fasteners only; do not force the bit into mismatching screw heads. For powered impact drivers, verify the bit and holder are rated for impact use. Store in a dry place and replace when signs of wear or deformation appear to ensure safe and effective operation.
