Safetex FSD0300ZN - kaksinkertainen jousisokka halkaisija 3,00 mm | pituus 67,0

On a busy farm, a tractor's hitch pin works loose from constant vibration. A technician reaches for a Safetex FSD 03.00-ZN double loop spring pin, slips it through the clevis, and the implement stays secure for the rest of the season. This spring pin, with a 3.00 mm diameter and 67.0 mm overall length, is built for exactly such demanding fastening tasks.

Key specifications

• Product type: Spring pin with double loop configuration
• Nominal pin diameter: 3.00 mm
• Overall length: 67.0 mm
• Material: Steel with zinc plating for corrosion protection
• Colour: Metallic silver/grey
• Reusable and manually installed

Why choose it

The double-coil spring head provides reliable tension that resists moderate vibration, keeping shafts and axles securely in place. Zinc plating offers good corrosion resistance, extending service life even in outdoor or humid environments. Unlike cotter pins, this spring pin can be removed and reused multiple times without losing its grip.

Ideal use cases

• Securing clevis pins on agricultural machinery such as tractors and harrows
• Locking shafts and axles in automotive and light industrial equipment
• Quick-release mechanisms on DIY projects, trailers, and garden tools
• General mechanical fastening where frequent disassembly is required

Good to know

Installation is simple: align the pin with the hole and push it through until the double loop snaps into place. No special tools are needed. The pin conforms to common industrial standards and is suitable for a wide range of mechanical applications.
