Safetex rengasmutteri DIN 582 WLL 140 kg | M6 | materiaali C15E

On construction sites and in workshops, riggers rely on Safetex DIN 582 lifting eye nuts to create secure anchor points for hoisting and lashing. The RIM 582-M06-ZN is forged from C15E carbon steel to EN 10083-2, with an M6 metric coarse thread and a working load limit of 140 kg for vertical lifts. Its compact 28 mm profile fits tight spaces, while the 16 mm eye accepts standard hooks and shackles. This eye nut is self-coloured (plain) and ready for integration into lifting assemblies where a reliable threaded anchor is required.

Why choose it

This Safetex eye nut combines a forged one-piece body with a controlled C15E steel composition, giving you predictable strength and ductility under load. The DIN 582 geometry ensures compatibility with standard lifting tackle, and the M6 thread provides a positive mechanical connection when fully engaged. The plain finish allows for on-site inspection of surface condition, and the compact dimensions make it suitable for applications where space is limited.

Ideal use cases

• Vertical lifting of light equipment and components up to 140 kg
• Creating temporary anchor points on machinery frames or fixtures
• Securing loads during transport with lashing straps
• Hoisting in maintenance, assembly, and workshop environments
• Non-permanent rigging where a threaded connection is preferred

Good to know

The working load limit of 140 kg applies to vertical lifts only. For angled lifts, the WLL must be derated according to the angle; consult applicable rigging standards and a qualified engineer. Always inspect the eye nut for deformation, cracks, or thread damage before each use. Ensure the mating bolt or stud has sufficient thread engagement and is rated for the load. Do not use if the eye is elongated or the thread is worn. This product is not intended for overhead lifting of personnel.
