Preheat the unit until the set temperature is reached, indicated by the controls. Use the supplied fondue forks and follow food-safety guidelines for handling hot oil or boiling liquids. After use, switch off the unit and allow residual heat to dissipate before cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results with cheese and chocolate fondues, use low to medium temperature settings and stir gently to avoid burning. For oil and bouillon fondues, ensure ingredients are cut into uniform pieces and monitor cooking times; use the higher programme settings if needed. Always follow the residual heat indication and time limit features to prevent overheating.
