Connect the grill using the 2.8 m power cable and set the variable thermostat to the desired temperature; the integrated thermometer allows you to monitor cooking temperature. Use the smooth area for delicate items and the ribbed area for steaks and foods that benefit from grill marks. Allow grease to drain into the integrated fat channel and collect it in the detachable fat tray for easy disposal and cleaning.

Recommendations

For reduced smoke and easier cleaning, remove excess fat from food before grilling and regularly empty and clean the detachable fat tray. Use moderate temperatures when cooking fatty foods and always follow local safety regulations for outdoor or balcony use.
