Assemble any removable carriage or safety guard as provided in the user manual. Plug the unit into a 230 V outlet, switch it on, and select the desired slice thickness using the thickness control up to 2.2 cm. Gently guide the food across the cutting area using the food holder or pusher, keeping fingers clear of the blade and following safe operating distances. Turn off and unplug the slicer before removing food, cleaning, or performing any maintenance.

Recommendations

For best results, use chilled or slightly firm foods when slicing to achieve uniform cuts and reduce slippage. Do not attempt to slice bones or frozen items. Clean removable parts according to the manufacturer's instructions and ensure the blade guard is in place before each use to maintain safety and performance.
