Sähkönjakoyksikkö PDU ShiverPeaks BS60317-W

The ShiverPeaks BS60317-W is a basic power distribution unit (PDU) that provides four AC outlets for connecting multiple devices. Constructed from durable aluminum with a white finish and a 1.5 m power cable, this compact PDU is designed to deliver reliable mains power distribution for small installations. It supports a nominal input voltage of 230 V and a maximum current of 16 A, enabling a maximum combined output power of 3680 W. The unit carries TÜV GS certification for safety and compliance with recognized testing standards.

Advantages

The aluminium housing offers a balance of light weight and mechanical strength while the white finish provides a neutral appearance suitable for office and home environments. With four AC outlets and a 1.5 m cable, the PDU simplifies powering several devices from a single mains point. Rated for 16 A and 3680 W, it is suitable for typical IT and AV equipment where basic, reliable power distribution is required. TÜV GS certification confirms that the device meets established safety criteria.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Powering small server or network cabinets and rack-adjacent equipment
• Supplying electricity to desktop computers, monitors and peripherals
• Distributing mains power for audio-visual setups and home office workstations
• Temporary power distribution in workshops or testing stations

Key specifications

• Number of AC outlets: 4
• Construction material: aluminium housing
• Product colour: white
• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Nominal input voltage: 230 V
• Maximum current: 16 A
• Maximum output power: 3680 W
• Safety standard: TÜV GS certified

How to use

Place the PDU on a stable surface or secure it near the equipment to be powered, ensuring adequate ventilation around the aluminium housing. Connect the PDU to a compatible 230 V mains outlet using the attached 1.5 m cable. Plug devices into the four AC outlets, making sure the combined current draw does not exceed 16 A or the combined power does not exceed 3680 W. Regularly inspect the cable and connectors for signs of wear or damage and disconnect the unit before performing maintenance on connected equipment.

Recommendations

Use the PDU indoors in dry environments and avoid overloading by distributing high-power devices across separate circuits when necessary. For sensitive electronics, consider adding surge protection or an uninterruptible power supply upstream of the PDU. Follow local electrical regulations and the TÜV GS guidance for installation and safe operation.
