SATO värinauha - SWR100 Flex vaha/hartsi x 1/2 inch-ydin ulkokäämitys (Y59110300248)

Print runs often suffer from smudged barcodes, scratched text, and fading labels when using standard ribbons on demanding surfaces. The SATO SWR100 Flex wax/resin ribbon eliminates these issues by combining the sharp print quality of wax with the durability of resin. Designed for thermal transfer printers, this ribbon delivers crisp, long-lasting black prints on a wide range of materials, from coated paper to synthetic films. With a 110mm width, 300m length, and 1/2-inch core with ink-out winding, it fits many SATO and compatible printers, ensuring smooth, high-volume operation.

Who is it for

This ribbon is ideal for logistics operations, warehouses, retail environments, and manufacturing facilities that require reliable, scannable labels for shipping, inventory, product identification, and asset tracking. It suits businesses printing on coated paper, polypropylene, polyethylene, PET, and PVC substrates, especially where labels must withstand handling, abrasion, and occasional moisture. Whether you run a small label printer or a high-speed industrial system, the SWR100 Flex provides consistent results.

Tips

Store the ribbon in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve its quality. Before installation, ensure your printer's ribbon settings match the ink-out winding direction to avoid print issues. For best results on synthetic materials, test a small batch first to confirm adhesion and durability. Pair with SATO-compatible labels for optimal performance.
