Sauvasekoitin Severin SM 3771 musta ruostumaton teräs

The Severin SM 3771 Black Stainless steel immersion blender combines a 600 W motor and a compact design to handle everyday kitchen blending tasks. Its stainless steel housing and slim profile (approximately 60 mm width and depth, 390 mm height) make it suitable for tight storage spaces and easy cleaning. Stepless speed control allows precise adjustment from 15 to 15,000 RPM, supporting a range of textures from light mixing to fine purees. The unit is lightweight (about 0.64 kg) and designed for hand-held operation, enabling direct processing in pots, bowls and beakers.

Advantages

The 600 W motor delivers consistent power for blending, pureeing and mixing various ingredients while the stepless speed control provides fine-tuned handling of delicate or robust preparations. The stainless steel exterior resists staining and simplifies wiping and maintenance. Compact dimensions and low weight improve maneuverability and storage convenience. The design supports direct immersion into cooking vessels, reducing transfer and cleanup.

Suitable for

• Preparing soups and hot purees directly in the pot
• Making sauces, dressings and emulsions
• Blending smoothies and soft fruit mixtures
• Pureeing cooked vegetables and baby food
• Mixing batters and light doughs

How to use

Assemble the immersion blender according to the manual, ensuring the blending shaft is securely attached. Place the blender shaft into the container with the ingredients before switching the unit on to avoid splashing. Start at a low speed using stepless control and increase gradually until the desired texture is achieved. For hot liquids, keep the blade fully submerged and move the blender gently through the contents to ensure even processing. After use, unplug the appliance and detach the blending shaft for cleaning; wipe the motor housing with a damp cloth.

Recommendations

Use the stepless speed to adapt to ingredient consistency: low speeds for gentle mixing and emulsifying, higher speeds for fine pureeing. Avoid running the motor continuously for extended periods; use short pulses for thicker mixtures. Ensure the stainless steel shaft is cooled and cleaned promptly after use to maintain appearance and performance.
