For soups and sauces, immerse the stainless steel stirring rod into the hot or cold ingredients and operate the blender at short intervals to achieve the required consistency. Use the chopper for small quantities, the blender jar for liquids and smoothies, the whisk for aerating, and the masher for cooked vegetables. Follow safety instructions in the manual to avoid contact with moving parts and to prevent splatter when blending hot liquids.
