SCART 2-suuntainen jakajadapteri ShiverPeaks 94055 — passiivinen video-/audiosignaalijakaja

ShiverPeaks 94055 is a passive 2-way SCART splitter adapter that duplicates analog audio and composite/RGB video signals from a single SCART source to two SCART outputs. The adapter is intended for simple signal distribution where both connected devices support the same signal types and cable quality is sufficient. It does not perform active conversion, scaling, or signal amplification and therefore depends on the source device's output level and the length/quality of connected cables.

Advantages

This SCART splitter offers a straightforward and compact solution for duplicating a SCART connection to two devices without the need for additional power or configuration. Because it is passive, it maintains the original signal path and avoids format conversion, which is useful when exact analog output is required. The design supports both audio channels and composite or RGB video signals where the source and sinks are compatible.

Suitable for

• Connecting one SCART source (e.g., set-top box, DVD player) to two TVs or recording devices for simultaneous monitoring or recording
• Temporary installations where a simple duplication of analog SCART signals is needed
• Environments where device compatibility and short cable runs ensure acceptable signal quality

Key specifications

• Passive 2-way SCART splitter topology
• One SCART plug input to two SCART socket outputs
• Supports analog stereo audio
• Supports composite and RGB video signals when supported by connected equipment
• No external power supply required
• Mechanical switch for output selection/monitor control (if present on the unit)

How to use

Connect the SCART plug of the ShiverPeaks splitter into the SCART output of the source device. Attach SCART cables from the two SCART sockets on the adapter to the input SCART sockets of the receiving devices. If the adapter includes a manual switch for monitor control, use the switch to select or monitor outputs according to the unit's markings. Verify that the source and target devices are configured for the same video format (composite or RGB) and that cables are of adequate length and quality to preserve signal integrity.

Recommendations

Use short, high-quality SCART cables and ensure both receiving devices support the same analog video format. Because the adapter is passive and does not amplify or convert signals, avoid long cable runs and mismatched device settings to reduce signal degradation and interference.
