Scart-sovitin ShiverPeaks 94050-K — audio/kuvaliitin SCART-laitteille

ShiverPeaks 94050-K is a compact SCART audio/video adapter that links SCART-equipped devices for transmission of composite video and stereo audio. The adapter allows connection between televisions, DVD players, set-top boxes and other legacy AV equipment using the SCART standard. It is designed for plug-and-play operation, providing a stable physical connection and straightforward signal routing without the need for additional configuration.

Advantages

The adapter supports composite video and stereo left/right audio, preserving signal quality for standard-definition sources. Its compact SCART-to-SCART format simplifies connections in confined spaces and reduces cable clutter. Manufactured to conform with common SCART wiring conventions, the product offers reliable mechanical fit and consistent contact alignment for repeatable connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting DVD players or VCRs to SCART-capable televisions
• Linking set-top boxes and legacy AV equipment
• Extending or adapting existing SCART cable runs in home entertainment setups
• Temporary connections for testing or troubleshooting AV signals

Key specifications

• Connector type: SCART-to-SCART adapter
• Signal support: composite video and stereo audio
• Construction: compact inline connector suitable for confined spaces
• Compatibility: designed for standard SCART wiring and EN 50049-compatible devices
• Use case: passive adapter for signal routing (no active electronics)

How to use

Insert each SCART plug into the corresponding SCART socket on the source and display devices until the connectors click or fit firmly. Ensure both devices are powered off or set to standby during connection to avoid transient signals. After physical connection, power on the devices and select the appropriate input on the display device to view composite video and hear stereo audio. No software or configuration settings are required for basic signal transmission.

Recommendations

Use short, high-quality SCART cables when connecting devices to minimize signal degradation. Avoid tight cable bends near the connector and ensure contacts are free from dust. For best results with devices that support multiple output formats, set the source device to composite output where necessary to match the adapter's supported signals.
