How to use

Place the freestanding Severin RKS 8833 on a stable, level surface with adequate ventilation around the rear and sides. Connect the appliance to a properly grounded electrical outlet and allow it to reach operating temperature before loading food—this typically requires several hours. Store perishable items in the refrigerator compartment and use the 13 L top freezer for small frozen items or ice packs. Arrange items to allow air circulation inside the fridge and avoid blocking ventilation openings. Use the LED light for checking contents and adjust shelf arrangement where applicable to accommodate taller containers.

Recommendations

For efficient operation, keep the door closed as much as possible, avoid placing hot food directly into the fridge, and defrost the freezer compartment if visible ice build-up appears. Regularly clean condenser areas and door seals, and leave a small clearance from surrounding walls for ventilation. These measures help maintain the rated annual energy consumption and noise performance.
