SHIVERPEAKS BS08-41084-2 Cat8.1 Ethernet-patch-kaapeli, F/FTP, 15 m, punainen

High-speed networks demand cabling that can keep up with the massive data loads of modern data centers, server rooms, and 10/25/40 Gigabit Ethernet infrastructures. The SHIVERPEAKS BS08-41084-2 Cat8.1 Ethernet Patch Cable delivers exactly that—a robust, fully shielded 15-meter link that eliminates bottlenecks and ensures error-free transmission even in electrically noisy environments.

Who is it for

This cable is built for network administrators, data center technicians, and IT professionals who need reliable, high-bandwidth connectivity for servers, switches, storage arrays, and backbone links. It is equally suitable for advanced home users running 10G+ LANs, NAS systems, or high-performance gaming setups that require maximum throughput and minimal latency.

Main features

• Cat8.1 performance: supports up to 40 Gbps data transfer rates and 2000 MHz bandwidth, far exceeding Cat6a and Cat7 requirements.
• F/FTP shielding: each twisted pair is individually wrapped in metal foil (PIMF), and the entire cable bundle is covered by an overall foil shield, providing superior protection against alien crosstalk and electromagnetic interference.
• Premium construction: 22 AWG stranded conductors made from 100% oxygen-free copper (OFC) ensure excellent conductivity and flexibility.
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors: corrosion-resistant contacts maintain a clean signal path and long-term reliability.
• PoE ready: fully supports Power over Ethernet (PoE, PoE+, and UPoE) for powering devices like access points, IP cameras, and VoIP phones.
• Durable PVC jacket: red outer sheath is rugged yet flexible, ideal for high-density patching and cable management.

Tips

For best performance, pair this cable with Cat8.1-compatible equipment and avoid sharp bends or kinks. When routing through cable trays or conduits, maintain the recommended bend radius to preserve signal integrity. The red colour makes it easy to identify high-speed backbone links in crowded racks.
