ShiverPeaks BS57101 kaapeliliitin 3,5 mm musta ruostumaton teräs uros/naaras

The ShiverPeaks BS57101 Wire Connector 3.5 mm Black Stainless Steel Male/Female is a compact, metal 3.5 mm interconnect designed for audio and low-voltage electronic applications. Its black stainless steel housing offers mechanical durability and corrosion resistance while the male and female terminations provide compatibility with a wide range of 3.5 mm plugs and sockets. The connector is intended for reliable signal transfer where a robust metal casing and standard 3.5 mm interface are required.

Advantages

The black stainless steel construction ensures improved resistance to wear and environmental factors compared with plastic alternatives. Having both male and female terminations in the same product increases flexibility during installation and maintenance. The standard 3.5 mm size enables straightforward compatibility with common audio equipment and electronic devices. The metallic finish also provides dimensional stability and consistent contact alignment, which supports repeatable connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting portable audio devices such as headphones, portable players and laptops
• Interfacing audio components in home or mobile installations
• Repairing or replacing damaged 3.5 mm connectors on cables and assemblies
• Low-voltage signal connections in electronics prototyping and custom wiring

Key specifications

• Connector type: 3.5 mm male and female terminations
• Material: stainless steel housing with black finish
• Colour: black (stainless steel)
• Application: audio and low-voltage electronic connections
• Design focus: durability and corrosion resistance

How to use

Prepare the cable or device socket ensuring the mating 3.5 mm plug and receptacle are clean and free of debris. Align the male and female terminations and insert gently until a secure mechanical and electrical connection is established. For terminating on cable assemblies, follow manufacturer instructions for soldering or crimping to achieve reliable contact. Inspect the connection visually and, if appropriate, test signal continuity and audio quality before regular use.

Recommendations

For best long-term performance, avoid exposure to aggressive chemicals and prolonged moisture; periodically check the connector for signs of wear or oxidation and clean contacts with appropriate contact cleaner if signal degradation is observed.
