Puhelinkaapeli S/CONN 12-09075 10 m musta

The ShiverPeaks Telephone Cable S/CONN 12-09075 10 m Black is a 10-metre connection lead with a TAE-F connector at one end and an RJ-45 connector at the other. Designed for telephone and modem connections, the cable provides a reliable physical link between legacy telephone sockets and network equipment that accept RJ-45 plugs. The black jacket offers a discreet appearance suitable for home and office environments while the cable construction balances flexibility with durability for everyday routing and repositioning.

Advantages

This telephone cable combines two common connector types to enable compatibility between devices with TAE-F sockets and equipment using RJ-45 plugs. The 10 m length reduces the need for additional extension adapters and allows flexible placement of devices. A robust outer sheath and standard-conductor construction ensure consistent signal transmission and resistance to routine mechanical wear. The black finish conceals the cable along skirting boards or behind furniture.

Suitable for

• Connecting analog telephones to network interfaces or adapters
• Linking modems or fax machines with RJ-45 equipped routers or adapters
• Extending reach from a wall TAE-F socket to a desk phone or communication device
• Temporary or permanent installations in home offices and small business premises

Key specifications

• Cable length: 10 metres
• Connector A: TAE-F (telephone plug)
• Connector B: RJ-45 plug
• Color: Black
• Construction: flexible multi-conductor cable with protective outer jacket

How to use

Insert the TAE-F connector into the corresponding wall socket or the device's TAE-F port until it locks in place. Plug the RJ-45 connector into the modem, router, or adapter's appropriate RJ-45 jack. Ensure connectors are fully seated to maintain reliable contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, pinching, or heavy compression. If necessary, secure the cable with clips or cable ties at intervals that do not compress the jacket to prevent damage.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the cable away from high-voltage power lines and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Avoid excessive bending at connector ends and do not expose the cable to prolonged direct sunlight or moisture. Periodically inspect connectors and jacket for signs of wear and replace the cable if insulation or contacts become damaged.
