SHIVERPEAKS S/CONN Maximum Connectivity optinen DisplayPort-kaapeli Rev1, 8K, 40m (30-16495)

For installations where copper DisplayPort cables reach their limits, this optical solution from SHIVERPEAKS delivers full 8K signal integrity over an extraordinary 40-meter span. Unlike conventional cables that suffer signal degradation beyond a few meters, this active optical cable (AOC) converts electrical signals to light, preserving bandwidth and eliminating electromagnetic interference across long distances. Ideal for professional AV setups, digital signage, and high-end home theaters, it ensures your 8K content arrives pixel-perfect, even in electrically noisy environments.

Highlights

• Optical fiber core transmits data over 40 meters without signal loss or interference
• Supports DisplayPort 1.4 with HBR3 bandwidth (32.4 Gbps) for uncompromised 8K video
• Delivers 8K@60Hz and 4K@120Hz with Display Stream Compression (DSC) for smooth, high-refresh visuals
• HDR and HDCP 2.2 compliance ensures compatibility with premium content and devices
• Directional design with clearly marked source and display ends for foolproof installation
• Bus-powered from the DisplayPort source – no external power adapter needed

In daily use

Connect your workstation, media player, or gaming rig to a distant display with confidence. The cable's hybrid construction pairs a fiber optic core for data with copper conductors for power, ensuring stable operation without external power. The slim, flexible cable is easy to route through conduits or along walls, and its robust connectors provide a secure fit. Whether you're running a video wall, a projector in a conference room, or an 8K TV across a large living space, this cable maintains flawless signal quality.
