USB-kaapeli S/CONN 13-37030 USB 3.2 Gen 2 2 m

The ShiverPeaks USB cable S/CONN 13-37030 is a 2 m grey USB A to USB A cable that supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 (also known as USB 3.1 Gen 2) with a maximum theoretical data transfer rate of 10 Gbit/s. Designed for connecting compatible devices that use USB A ports, this cable provides a combination of extended reach and high-speed data throughput suitable for file transfers, device syncing and charging when both ends accept USB A connections.

Advantages

This USB A to USB A cable supports the USB 3.2 Gen 2 specification, enabling data transfer speeds up to 10 Gbit/s where supported by connected devices and hosts. The 2 m length offers added flexibility for desktop setups and peripheral placement without compromising signal integrity. A neutral grey colour and standard USB A connectors provide broad compatibility and a professional appearance for home or office use.

Suitable for

• High-speed file transfers between USB A hosts and devices that support USB 3.2 Gen 2
• Connecting external drives, docking stations or peripherals with USB A ports
• Charging devices or powering accessories where USB A to USB A connections are required
• Desktop and office setups requiring a longer cable run

Key specifications

• Connector type: USB A to USB A
• USB standard: USB 3.2 Gen 2 (3.1 Gen 2)
• Maximum data transfer rate: up to 10 Gbit/s (theoretical, dependent on connected equipment)
• Cable length: 2 m
• Colour: grey

How to use

Insert one USB A connector into the host or computer USB A port and the other USB A connector into the target device's USB A port. Ensure both devices support the USB standard required for maximum transfer speed; if either side supports a lower USB version, transfer speeds will be limited to the lower specification. Handle connectors by their housing when connecting or disconnecting and avoid excessive bending near the cable ends to preserve longevity.

Recommendations

Use the cable with devices and hosts that support USB 3.2 Gen 2 to achieve the highest data throughput. For reliable performance, avoid routing the cable near high-interference sources and inspect connectors periodically for debris. If using the cable for charging, check device charging specifications; charging speed depends on the power capabilities of the host and the connected device.
