USB-kaapeli S/CONN 13-44035 USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 2 m USB-C musta

The S/CONN 13-44035 USB cable by ShiverPeaks is a 2 m USB C to USB C cable supporting USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 with up to 20 Gbit/s data transfer. It is designed for high-speed file transfers, fast backups and connections between modern laptops, external drives, docking stations and other USB C devices. Gold-plated connector contacts improve contact reliability and resistance to corrosion while the black jacket provides a neutral, professional appearance.

Advantages

This USB cable delivers a maximum theoretical throughput of 20 Gbit/s thanks to the USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 specification and full USB C connector compatibility. The 2 m length offers flexible placement without excessive slack, and gold-plated contacts help ensure consistent electrical connection and reduced contact wear. The cable’s construction is suitable for frequent plugging and unplugging in home, office and studio environments.

Suitable for

• High-speed data transfer between laptops and external SSD/HDD enclosures
• Connecting docking stations and hubs to host devices with USB C ports
• Large file transfers, media editing workflows and fast backups
• Charging and syncing USB C devices where USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 performance is supported

Key specifications

• Connector type: USB C to USB C
• USB specification: USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 (up to 20 Gbit/s)
• Cable length: 2 m
• Colour: Black
• Connector contacts: gold-plated

How to use

Connect one USB C end to the host device (laptop, desktop or docking station) and the other USB C end to the peripheral (external SSD, hub, or compatible device). Ensure both devices support USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 to achieve the maximum data rate; if one device supports a lower USB version, transfer speeds will default to the lower supported rate. Avoid excessive bending near the connector junctions and insert connectors straight to prevent damage.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable with devices and ports that explicitly support USB 3.2 Gen 2x2. Inspect connectors for debris before connecting, and store the cable coiled without sharp folds. If sustained high-speed transfers generate heat, allow devices adequate ventilation.
