Siemens SIRIUS 3RW3016-1BB04 pehmokäynnistin, 16 A, 200-480 V, 24 V AC/DC, 7,5 kW

Motor starting can be a challenge: high inrush currents stress the network, mechanical components wear prematurely, and peak loads cause voltage dips. The Siemens SIRIUS 3RW3016-1BB04 soft starter solves these problems by smoothly ramping up three-phase motors up to 7.5 kW. It reduces starting current, protects the drive train, and extends the service life of your entire system.

Who is it for

This compact soft starter is ideal for machine builders, panel builders, and maintenance teams who need reliable starting for pumps, fans, conveyors, and small compressors. It fits perfectly in control cabinets where space is limited and simple commissioning is required.

Main features

• 2-phase controlled soft starting for smooth acceleration
• Integrated bypass contacts for energy-saving operation after start-up

Tips

For optimal protection, combine this soft starter with an external motor protection circuit breaker. Ensure adequate ventilation in the control cabinet to maintain the specified ambient temperature range. The integrated bypass reduces heat generation during continuous operation, saving energy and extending component life.
