Sivellinkynä Staedtler Pigment Arts pastellivärit 12 kpl

The Staedtler Pigment Arts Brush Pen set in 12 pastel colors offers a compact assortment for drawing, coloring and hand lettering. Each pen features a round barrel and a flexible brush tip that supports variable line widths from fine strokes to broader washes. The water-based pigment ink provides smooth, consistent flow and soft pastel tones suitable for layered coloring and mixed-media sketches. The set is supplied in a hanging box for convenient storage and transport.

Advantages

Flexible brush tips allow controlled transitions between thin and thick lines, which helps when drawing contours, filling larger areas and creating brush-lettering styles. Water-based pigment ink dries with a stable, even finish and resists smudging once dry on suitable paper. The round housing gives a comfortable grip for extended use, and the coordinated pastel palette simplifies color selection for cohesive artwork and design projects.

How to use

Choose a pen and apply light pressure for thin lines or increase pressure to produce broader strokes. For layering colors, allow each layer to dry briefly to avoid unwanted bleeding; blend gently with light strokes if the paper and ink compatibility permit. Use suitable paper with moderate to high weight to reduce feathering and to preserve the brush tip shape. Cap pens securely after use to prevent drying.

Recommendations

For best results, use on smooth, heavyweight paper (minimum 120 g/m²) and test color blending on a scrap to assess drying time. Store pens horizontally to maintain even ink distribution and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
