Sokeaniitti c.k tools T3819A 412 — alumiininen sokeaniitti Ø3,15 mm, 50 kpl:n pakkaus

Aluminum blind rivets c.k tools T3819A 412 with a nominal diameter of 3.15 mm are supplied in a pack of 50 and are intended for creating permanent mechanical joints where access is available from only one side. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant aluminum, these blind rivets are suitable for joining thin metal sheets, light alloy components and other materials commonly used in repair, maintenance and light fabrication. The rivet design ensures a secure clamp and a finished appearance on the accessible side after installation.

Advantages

Aluminum construction provides resistance to corrosion and a low weight compared with steel fasteners. The blind design allows installation from one side, simplifying assembly in confined or enclosed spaces. A 3.15 mm diameter offers a balance between shear and tensile strength for common light-duty applications. Supplied in a pack of 50, the rivets are convenient for batch repairs or small production runs and reduce the need for frequent reordering.

How to use

Drill or prepare a hole in the workpieces matching the recommended hole size for a 3.15 mm blind rivet. Insert the rivet through the aligned parts so the rivet body passes fully and the mandrel protrudes. Use a compatible blind rivet tool to pull the mandrel until the rivet body deforms and creates a secure clinch on the blind side; the mandrel will break off when the correct setting is reached. After installation, inspect the joint to ensure the rivet head sits flush and the blind side has formed a solid bulbed shape.

Recommendations

For best results, use a rivet tool matched to the rivet diameter and maintain correct hole tolerances. When joining dissimilar metals, consider potential galvanic corrosion and, where necessary, apply appropriate isolation or sealing. Store rivets in a dry environment to preserve condition prior to use.
