Sokeaniitti GESIPA M6 alumiini pieni pää 9×15,5 mm, 250 kpl

Blind rivet nut GESIPA M6 aluminum small head 9×15.5 mm, pack of 250 pieces is a one-sided fastener engineered to form a durable internal M6 thread in thin sheet materials and hollow profiles. Made from aluminum, the small head profile (9×15.5 mm) minimizes surface protrusion while ensuring reliable clamping strength. The product is supplied in a bulk pack of 250 units for workshops, production lines and repair tasks where multiple threaded inserts are required.

Advantages

The aluminum construction offers corrosion resistance and reduced weight compared with steel alternatives, making it suitable for applications where electrical conductivity or lighter assemblies are desired. The small head design limits visible surface area and helps maintain panel aesthetics while providing secure thread engagement. These blind rivet nuts are compatible with common blind rivet nut setting tools and are designed for one-sided installation, enabling use in inaccessible or closed sections.

How to use

Drill a hole of the appropriate diameter for the small head rivet nut in the workpiece, ensuring clean edges and correct fit. Insert the rivet nut into the hole with the head flush against the surface. Use a compatible blind rivet nut setting tool calibrated for M6 aluminum nuts and apply steady, even pulling force until the nut deforms and clamps to the base material, forming the internal thread. After setting, remove the tool and check that the nut is secure and the M6 thread is free of debris before assembling mating fasteners or components.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, select drill size and tool settings according to the base material thickness and type. When working with composite or thin materials, test a sample joint to confirm pull-out and torque resistance. Where corrosion is a concern, consider compatible coatings or material combinations and avoid mixing aluminum nuts directly with dissimilar metals without appropriate isolation.
