Sokeaniittimutteri GESIPA M5 7×12,5 mm, 500 kpl:n pakkaus

Blind rivet nut GESIPA M5 7×12.5 mm, pack of 500 is a press-fit nut intended for creating strong internal M5 threads in thin sheets and hollow profiles where access is available from one side only. Manufactured to provide permanent, vibration-resistant threaded connections, this blind rivet nut is suitable for use in metal and composite panels common in automotive, metalworking, HVAC and general assembly applications.

Advantages

The GESIPA blind rivet nut offers reliable installation with consistent clamp and thread engagement, delivering high pull-out and torque resistance for M5 fastenings. Its design enables installation from one side without the need for welding or backside access, reducing assembly time and simplifying repairs. Supplied in a pack of 500, it supports high-volume production or maintenance tasks and minimizes part changeovers.

How to use

Select a blind rivet nut tool and mandrel compatible with M5 rivet nuts. Prepare the installation hole to the recommended diameter for a 7 mm body, ensuring clean, burr-free edges. Insert the rivet nut into the hole from the accessible side, position the tool over the rivet nut, and actuate the tool to deform the nut body and form a secure bulbed or clinched back that clamps to the panel. After installation, remove the mandrel; the internal M5 thread is ready for standard M5 bolts or screws.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use a setting tool rated for M5 blind rivet nuts and verify hole diameter and sheet thickness before installation. When working with painted or coated surfaces, take care to prevent damage around the hole. For critical load applications, test a sample assembly to confirm pull-out and torque performance in the specific base material.
