Sokkiniitti GESIPA PG Al/A2 4×10 mm RAL8014 — 500 kpl

GESIPA PG blind rivets Al/A2 4×10 mm in RAL8014 are single‑sided permanent fasteners supplied in a pack of 500. Each rivet combines an aluminium body with an A2 stainless steel mandrel to provide corrosion‑resistant clamping for thin sheet materials and mixed assemblies. These blind rivets are intended for applications where only one side of the joint is accessible and where a low‑weight, durable fastening is required.

Advantages

The aluminium body reduces weight and minimises metal contact for dissimilar‑metal assemblies, while the A2 stainless steel mandrel improves tensile strength and corrosion resistance. The 4×10 mm dimensions suit thin panels and flanges, and the RAL8014 finish offers a dark brown appearance for visible installations. Supplied in a bulk pack of 500, these rivets support medium‑volume installation work and minimize handling interruptions on site.

Suitable for

• Joining thin aluminium, steel or mixed‑material sheets where access is available from one side
• Facade trims, profiles and lightweight metal constructions
• Repair and maintenance tasks in workshops and on site
• Applications requiring a dark brown visible finish

Key specifications

• Body material: aluminium
• Mandrel material: A2 stainless steel
• Rivet diameter: 4 mm
• Grip length: 10 mm
• Finish: RAL8014 (dark brown)
• Pack quantity: 500 pieces

How to use

Drill a correctly sized hole through the components to be joined, then insert the rivet body so the flange sits flush against the surface. Use an appropriate blind rivet tool, align the tool nosepiece with the rivet mandrel and apply steady pulling action until the mandrel breaks off and the aluminium body deforms to form a secure blind head. Verify that the rivet flange sits evenly and that the joint has adequate clamping; remove any loose mandrel remnants as required.

Recommendations

Select a drill diameter matching the rivet outer diameter and ensure material thickness falls within the recommended grip range. Use the correct nosepiece size for 4 mm rivets and check tool settings for consistent pull force. For outdoor or corrosive environments, confirm material compatibility of aluminium and A2 stainless steel with the specific conditions. Store rivets in a dry place to maintain the RAL finish.
