How to use

Align the blanking plate with the corresponding cut-out in the 19" panel or box used for LC duplex or SC simplex adapters. Insert and secure the plate according to the rack or panel's mounting method (snap-fit, screw, or slide-in, depending on the enclosure). Ensure the plate sits flush to maintain airflow and prevent dust entry.

Recommendations

Use the ACT FA2090 blanking plate in any rack or enclosure where LC duplex or SC simplex adapter openings are unused. Install plates on adjacent unused ports to preserve consistent airflow and reduce contamination; keep spare plates available for future reconfiguration.
