Sokkopaneeli Triton 19 tuumaa 3U musta

The Triton 19" blanking panel 3U in black is a rack accessory designed to fill unused vertical space in a 19-inch equipment rack. With a height of 133 mm, it provides a neat finish to open rack bays and helps to manage internal airflow by closing gaps where equipment is not installed. Constructed from durable materials, the panel contributes to a tidy, organized server or network cabinet while offering long-term mechanical stability.

Advantages

The panel reduces unwanted airflow through empty rack spaces, which can improve cooling efficiency for active units. Its black finish offers a uniform appearance that matches common server and network equipment, enhancing the visual organization of the rack. The simple, solid construction ensures easy installation and reliable, low-maintenance performance over time.

Suitable for

• Filling unused 3U spaces in 19-inch server racks and network cabinets
• Improving rack airflow and cooling efficiency by closing open bays
• Creating a consistent visual appearance in data centers, server rooms, or telecommunication closets
• Protecting internal components from incidental contact and dust in partially populated racks

Key specifications

• Form factor: 19-inch rack blanking panel
• Height: 3U (133 mm)
• Color: Black
• Material: Rigid metal or coated sheet (durable construction for rack use)
• Mounting: Front-mount compatible with standard 19" rack rails

How to use

Ensure the panel sits flush against adjacent equipment to close the gap completely. No specialized tools are required beyond a screwdriver for mounting screws; check that screws are tightened to hold the panel firmly without deforming the mounting holes or rail.

Recommendations

Install blanking panels in any unused rack positions to maintain consistent airflow paths and reduce hot spots. For best results, combine with regular cable management and ensure that panels are replaced or adjusted when modifying rack layouts or adding new equipment.
