Suodatin DEMCiflex Type2 80 mm – pölysuodatin tietokonekotelon tuulettimelle, malli DF0430

DEMCiflex Type2 80 mm dust filter (model DF0430) is a replaceable filtration accessory engineered for 80 mm PC case fans. It reduces dust ingress into the chassis and internal components while maintaining airflow through the fan. The filter is compatible with installations where an 80 mm magnetic or clip-on filter can be mounted, making it suitable for desktop towers, compact cases and custom cooling setups that use standard 80 mm fan locations.

Advantages

The DEMCiflex Type2 filter provides a fine mesh barrier that captures airborne dust particles before they enter the case, helping to keep heatsinks, fans and circuit boards cleaner. Its replaceable design allows periodic maintenance without modifying fan hardware. The filter’s compact 80 mm size and mounting method facilitate easy installation and removal for cleaning or replacement, and its low profile minimizes impact on fan clearance and airflow.

Suitable for

• 80 mm case fans in desktop and small form-factor PC builds
• Fan intake or exhaust locations where a magnetic or clip-on filter fits
• Systems that require periodic dust control to maintain cooling efficiency

Key specifications

• Filter type: replaceable dust filtration element for 80 mm fan openings
• Compatibility: designed for standard 80 mm fan mounting points with magnetic or clip attachment
• Material: fine mesh filtration media with supportive frame (non-destructive to fan blades)
• Form factor: low-profile round filter sized for 80 mm fan diameter
• Use environment: internal PC chassis and similar enclosed electronics

How to use

Place the DEMCiflex Type2 80 mm filter over the fan opening so that the mesh faces the incoming airflow direction. Attach the filter using the appropriate magnetic or clip mounting method provided for the installation point; ensure it sits flush with the case or fan frame to avoid gaps. Periodically remove the filter and clean it by gently brushing or rinsing with water, then allow it to dry completely before reinstallation. Replace the filter when wear or clogging noticeably reduces airflow.

Recommendations

For optimal airflow and dust control, check the filter every 1–3 months depending on your environment. In dusty or pet-owning households inspect and clean more frequently. When cleaning, avoid high-pressure water streams or aggressive chemicals that could deform the mesh or frame.
