Supistussukka CellPack 127427, 100 cm pituus, yksittäispakattu

CellPack 127427 heat-shrink tubing is a single-piece, 100 cm length tube designed to provide electrical insulation and mechanical protection for joints, cable ends and connectors. Manufactured to resist environmental and chemical influences, this black medium-wall tubing delivers stabilized UV resistance and halogen-free material properties suitable for a wide range of domestic and light industrial electrical applications.

Advantages

The medium wall construction provides reliable mechanical strength and strain relief while maintaining good flexibility. The tubing is inscribable for on-site identification and resists chemical agents, cold flow and thermal deformation. Its halogen-free and non-corrosive composition with superior electrical properties ensures safe insulation performance. UV-stabilized black material reduces ageing from sun exposure, and the product is supplied as a single 100 cm piece for easy handling and application.

How to use

Cut the required length from the 100 cm tube and slide it over the cable or joint to be insulated. Apply heat evenly using a heat gun, hot-air tool or suitable torch while keeping the heat source moving to avoid overheating. Shrink the tubing until it conforms tightly to the underlying cable or connector and allow it to cool to achieve full mechanical and electrical properties. Ensure the area is clean and dry before application for optimal adhesion and insulation.

Recommendations

For reliable results, select tubing with a recovered inner diameter that matches the cable or connector diameter. Use a regulated hot-air tool at the manufacturer's recommended temperature range where possible, and avoid prolonged direct flame contact. Store the tubing in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight; other lengths are available on request if a different size is needed.
