Pair the monitor with a compatible Garmin smartwatch, Edge bike computer or supported app via Bluetooth or ANT+. During workouts, start the activity on your paired device; if you remove the device or go out of range, the monitor will store heart rate and performance data and forward it once the connection is re-established. For running on a treadmill or indoor track, pair the monitor to your compatible Garmin watch to receive pace and distance data.

Recommendations

Position the clip centrally on a snug-fitting sports bra to ensure consistent skin contact. Replace the CR2032 battery according to manufacturer guidance and keep firmware updated on paired Garmin devices for best compatibility and data accuracy.
