Syöttönokkavipu Brother LY2579001 - varaosa Brother-laitteisiin

Feeder Cam Lever Brother LY2579001 is an original spare part manufactured by Brother for compatible sewing and embroidery machines. It replaces the feeder cam lever to restore accurate fabric feeding and consistent stitch formation after wear or damage. The part is intended for repair and maintenance operations where restoring the machine’s feeding mechanism is required to achieve reliable performance.

Advantages

This original Brother feeder cam lever preserves the factory fit and functional tolerances of the feeding mechanism, reducing alignment issues that can appear with non-original components. Using an OEM part helps maintain even fabric transport, stabilizes stitch formation across different fabric types, and supports predictable machine behavior during sewing and embroidery tasks. The lever’s construction is designed for compatibility and straightforward replacement in supported machine models.

Suitable for

• Repair workshops servicing Brother sewing and embroidery machines
• Home users performing component-level maintenance
• Technicians restoring feeding accuracy after worn or damaged parts
• Preventive maintenance to retain consistent stitch quality

Key specifications

• Manufacturer: Brother
• Function: Feeder cam lever for the fabric feeding mechanism
• Compatibility: Designed for compatible Brother sewing and embroidery machines
• Material: Durable engineered plastic/metal composite for mechanical wear resistance
• Preserves factory alignment and tolerances for proper feed dog movement

How to use

Replace the worn feeder cam lever by first disconnecting power to the machine and removing the necessary covers to access the feeding mechanism. Note the position of the existing lever and any linkage before removal to ensure correct reassembly. Fit the new feeder cam lever into the same mount, reattach linkages and fasteners to the original torque or snugness, and restore covers. After installation, run a test with a scrap fabric to verify fabric feeding and stitch formation are correct, and make minor timing or tension adjustments if required according to the machine service manual.

Recommendations

Use only genuine or manufacturer-recommended replacement parts when restoring the feeding mechanism. Follow the machine’s service manual for disassembly and adjustment procedures, and consider professional service if unfamiliar with internal machine repairs. Perform a test sew after installation to confirm operation across expected fabric types.
