Tarramedia Zebra PolyE 3100T valkoinen

The Label Zebra Media PolyE 3100T White is a polyethylene pressure-sensitive label designed for durable identification and general-purpose labeling. Constructed from a white polyethylene face material with a permanent adhesive, the label offers reliable adhesion to a variety of surfaces and maintains legibility over time. Its construction makes it suitable for applications that require moisture resistance and dimensional stability in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Advantages

The polyethylene face resists moisture, tearing and stretching better than many paper alternatives, while the permanent adhesive ensures consistent bonding to plastic, metal and coated surfaces. The white finish provides high contrast for thermal transfer and direct thermal print methods that are compatible with PolyE materials, enabling clear text and barcodes with good scanability. The label’s flexibility and tear resistance help maintain performance on curved or irregular surfaces.

Suitable for

• Shipping and logistics labeling on plastic and corrugated surfaces
• Asset and inventory identification in warehouses and production areas
• Outdoor signage and product identification exposed to humidity
• Labeling of containers, bins and equipment with irregular shapes

Key specifications

• Face material: white polyethylene
• Adhesive type: permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive
• Durability: moisture resistant and tear resistant
• Compatibility: suitable for thermal transfer printing systems (verify ribbon compatibility)
• Application environment: indoor and outdoor use

How to use

Clean and dry the application surface before applying the label to ensure optimal adhesion. Peel the label from the liner and press firmly onto the target surface, smoothing out any air pockets. Allow some time for the adhesive to set, especially on low-energy plastics or textured surfaces. For best printing results, test the material and adjust printer settings and ribbon selection according to the printer manufacturer’s guidelines.

Recommendations

For long-lasting print contrast and barcode readability, use appropriate thermal transfer ribbon recommended for polyethylene films and verify adhesion on the intended substrate before full deployment. Store labels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to preserve adhesive performance and face material integrity.
