Taustakangas Hama 00021158 vihreä puuvilla 2950 mm x 6000 mm

The Hama 00021158 Green Cotton background screen is a large-format fabric backdrop measuring 2950 mm wide by 6000 mm high. Made of hard-wearing cotton, it provides an even, chroma-friendly green surface suited to photography and video production. The natural cotton texture reduces glare and reflections compared with some synthetic materials, and the generous dimensions accommodate full-body shots, group photos and tall set pieces.

Advantages

The cotton construction combines durability with easy handling: it resists tearing and can be folded or rolled for transport. The matte finish minimizes hotspots from continuous or flash lighting and produces consistent color for chroma keying. Because the backdrop is a freestanding fabric sheet rather than a rigid panel, it can be draped over furniture or fixed mounts, allowing flexible placement in studio and on-location setups.

Suitable for

• Chroma keying for video and film production
• Portrait and full-body photography in studio or on location
• Vlogging, livestreams and product videos requiring a uniform green background
• Mobile studio setups where a foldable, transportable backdrop is needed

Key specifications

• Material: cotton fabric with matte finish
• Width: 2950 mm
• Height: 6000 mm
• Color: chroma green
• Construction: hard-wearing, foldable textile suitable for draping or mounting

How to use

Unfold or unroll the cotton background and smooth out major creases before use. For stationary studio use, attach the top edge to a background support system or clamp to a horizontal bar; for temporary or mobile setups the fabric can be draped over furniture or taped at the edges to hold position. When lighting the scene, use even, diffused illumination across the surface to avoid shadows and ensure uniform color for chroma keying. After shooting, fold or roll the fabric loosely to prevent sharp creases and store in a dry place.

Recommendations

For optimal chroma key results, keep subject-to-background distance sufficient to avoid spill and use separate lighting for the background and the subject. Treat visible creases with a steamer or gentle ironing on a low-temperature setting using a protective cloth if required. Transport in a padded bag or tube to reduce wear and maintain a consistent surface over time.
