Täytekynä Pelikan 823661 Blue Petrol

The Pelikan 823661 Blue Petrol fountain pen belongs to the INEO series and features a distinctive minimalist design with a sandblasted, matte finish on anodized metal. The pen’s pearl-like sheen and calm blue-petrol colour are combined with high-quality materials and the series’ characteristic absence of a clip, creating a unique everyday writing instrument. It uses a cartridge filling system and is supplied in an elegant gift box.

Advantages

The sandblasted surface gives a non-reflective, tactile matte finish while preserving a subtle pearlescent shimmer. The clipless design differentiates the pen visually and ergonomically from conventional models. Cartridge filling ensures easy, low-maintenance ink replacement, and the included gift box provides ready-to-give packaging.

How to use

Fit a compatible Pelikan ink cartridge into the section until it seats firmly, then allow a few moments for the ink to flow to the nib. Hold the pen at a comfortable angle and write with light to moderate pressure; the nib and cartridge system provide a smooth, controlled ink flow. Replace cartridges as needed and store the pen capped when not in use to prevent drying.

Recommendations

Use original Pelikan cartridges for optimal ink performance and compatibility. If you plan extended storage, empty the cartridge and clean the nib section to avoid clogging. Avoid dropping the pen or exposing it to extreme temperatures to maintain the lacquer and anodized finish.
