How to use

Preheat the pan on a medium to high heat setting before adding oil or ingredients to ensure proper searing and even cooking. Use utensils compatible with the pan's surface to avoid scratching. Stir and toss ingredients frequently for an even cook when preparing stir-fry dishes. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing to protect the surface and handle.

Recommendations

For best results, use moderate amounts of oil or a cooking spray to maintain the nonstick surface. Avoid sudden temperature shocks such as rinsing a hot pan under cold water. Clean with a soft sponge and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish and performance.
