How to use

Place the stainless steel bowl on the base and secure it according to the manufacturer's instructions. Fit the required tool—whisk, dough hook or stirring hook—into the quick-action chuck. Add ingredients and set the variable electronic speed to the appropriate level for the task. For heavy doughs, start at a low speed and increase gradually. Use the swivelling multifunction arm to access the bowl and lower it into position, then lock it for operation. When adding ingredients during mixing, use the removable transparent splash guard and its refill opening. After use, switch off and unplug the appliance before removing accessories and cleaning.

Recommendations
