Televes AZ415FZ -jakaja, 4-haarainen, 5–1218 MHz, 15 dB

Televes AZ415FZ 4-way splitter operates across the 5–1218 MHz frequency range and provides four matched outputs with 15 dB isolation. Designed to divide a single coaxial RF input into four outputs while preserving signal integrity, this compact splitter is intended for TV distribution and combined satellite/terrestrial signal splitting in residential or small commercial installations. The device delivers consistent frequency coverage and uniform attenuation across all outputs for stable reception.

Advantages

The splitter offers broad frequency coverage from low VHF up to extended UHF bands, enabling use with a wide range of terrestrial and some satellite IF signals. With 15 dB isolation between output ports, signal leakage and interference among outputs are reduced, improving overall system performance. The unit’s uniform attenuation and matched outputs help maintain balanced levels to multiple receivers without complex equalization. Its passive design requires no power, ensuring simple installation and low maintenance.

Suitable for

• Distributing terrestrial TV signals to multiple receivers in a home
• Small commercial installations requiring one-to-four RF splitting
• Integration into antenna systems where passive splitting and port isolation are needed
• Use in systems that require consistent attenuation and frequency response across outputs

Key specifications

• Frequency range: 5–1218 MHz
• Number of outputs: 4 (one input to four outputs)
• Isolation between outputs: 15 dB
• Type: Passive RF splitter
• Connector type: F-type coaxial connectors (female)
• Insertion loss / attenuation: consistent, matched across outputs (approx. typical passive splitter attenuation)

How to use

Connect the incoming coaxial cable carrying the RF signal to the splitter’s input connector and attach up to four coaxial cables to the output ports leading to receivers or distribution amplifiers. Ensure connectors are tightened securely to minimize return loss and signal degradation. Place the splitter in a dry, ventilated location away from strong electromagnetic interference and avoid routing power cables parallel and close to RF lines. No external power supply is required for operation.

Recommendations

For best results, use high-quality coaxial cables and properly terminated F-type connectors. If signal levels to receivers are marginal after splitting, consider adding an active distribution amplifier or line amplifier before splitting to compensate for passive attenuation. Verify antenna alignment and check signal levels at each receiver after installation to ensure adequate reception across the frequency range.
