TOSLINK optinen audiokaapeli GOOBAY 50565 — 2 m, pistoke-pistoke, musta

GOOBAY 50565 is a 2 m TOSLINK optical audio cable with male-to-male connectors in black, designed to transmit digital audio signals via optical fiber between devices equipped with TOSLINK ports. The cable supports interference-free transmission of stereo and multichannel audio for applications such as televisions, soundbars, AV receivers and external DACs. Its compact ø 5 mm connector profile and robust construction make it suitable for typical home audio and entertainment setups where a reliable digital connection is required.

Advantages

The optical construction prevents electromagnetic interference and ground loop noise, ensuring stable digital audio transfer without signal degradation. With 2 m length and standardized male-to-male TOSLINK connectors, the cable provides straightforward plug-and-play connectivity between source and playback devices. The black outer jacket and durable connector housings offer a discreet appearance and practical durability for everyday use in home cinema or audio setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting a TV to a soundbar for digital audio output
• Linking an AV receiver to a TV or media player
• Connecting an external DAC to a source device with TOSLINK output
• Home theater and multichannel audio systems requiring optical connections

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Connector type: TOSLINK (male) to TOSLINK (male)
• Cable diameter (approx.): ø 5 mm
• Color: Black
• Signal type: Digital optical audio (TOSLINK)

How to use

Ensure both devices have compatible TOSLINK ports. Align each male TOSLINK connector with the corresponding optical port and insert gently until it seats; avoid forcing the connector. Configure the source device to output audio via its optical output and set the receiving device to the appropriate optical input. Verify audio format compatibility (stereo or multichannel) between devices; some devices may require output format adjustments in settings menus.

Recommendations

Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid tight kinks to maintain optical fiber integrity. Keep the cable away from heat sources and heavy foot traffic. If audio dropouts occur, check connector seating and device settings; replacing dust caps or cleaning connectors gently can improve contact. For longer runs or professional installations, consider higher-specification optical cables if needed.
