TP-Link Omada 24-porttinen Gigabit L2+ hallittava kytkin 4 SFP+-paikalla

The TP-Link JetStream 24-Port Gigabit L2 TL-SG3428 is a 1U rack-mountable managed switch with 24 Gigabit RJ-45 ports and 4 SFP slots. It offers a 56 Gbit/s switching capacity and supports a MAC address table of up to 16,000 entries, making it suitable for business networks that require reliable wired connectivity and centralized management via the Omada SDN platform.

Advantages

The switch integrates with Omada Software‑Defined Networking (SDN) for centralized cloud management of access points, switches and gateways. It provides comprehensive security functions including IP-MAC-Port-VID binding, port security, storm control and DHCP snooping, as well as ACLs (L2–L4) and 802.1X authentication. Advanced QoS prioritizes voice and video traffic, and a full set of L2/L2+ features (802.1Q VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, IGMP snooping and throttling, static routing) supports segmented and efficient networks. ISP-oriented functions such as sFlow, QinQ and IGMP authentication and IPv6 support (dual stack, IPv6 ACL, DHCPv6 snooping, MLD snooping) are included.

Suitable for

• Small and medium business networks requiring centralized management
• Hospitality and education environments with mixed wired and wireless deployments
• Retail and office networks needing VLAN segmentation and traffic prioritization
• Service provider edge deployments that use QinQ, sFlow or PPPoE ID insertion

Key specifications

• Model: TP-Link JetStream TL-SG3428
• Ports: 24 × Gigabit RJ-45, 4 × SFP slots
• Switching capacity: 56 Gbit/s
• MAC address table: 16,000 entries
• Form factor: 1U rack-mountable, color: Black
• Standards: IEEE 802.3ab, 802.3i, 802.3u, 802.3z
• Managed L2 switch with L2+ features and IPv6 support

How to use

Install the TL-SG3428 in a standard 19" rack and connect power. Use the web-based GUI or CLI for initial configuration, or adopt Omada SDN for centralized cloud management of multiple devices. Configure VLANs, QoS rules, ACLs and 802.1X authentication according to your network design. Insert SFP modules into the SFP slots for fiber uplinks as needed, and aggregate ports with LACP when higher throughput or redundancy is required.

Recommendations

Place the switch in a ventilated rack space, keep firmware up to date, and back up configurations after changes. When deploying in mixed environments, plan VLANs and QoS policies to separate voice/video and data traffic, and enable relevant security features (IP-MAC-Port binding, DHCP snooping, ACLs, 802.1X) to reduce risk.
