How to use

Charge the smartwatch fully before first use, then pair it with your smartphone using the manufacturer’s companion app available for iOS and Android. Configure basic settings such as time, notification preferences, and activity goals within the app. Wear the device on your wrist with a snug but comfortable fit so the optical heart rate sensor maintains contact with the skin. Use the touchscreen to navigate menus, start or stop activity tracking, and control media playback. Sync data periodically to the companion app to view detailed activity and sleep reports.

Recommendations

For reliable heart rate and activity readings, wear the watch slightly above the wrist bone and keep the sensor area clean. Avoid pressing buttons or tapping the screen with wet fingers if possible; after exposure to water, dry the watch thoroughly and allow it to air before charging. Update the companion app and device firmware regularly to ensure optimal compatibility and access to the latest features.
