TRYTYT CV-200MW mustat UV-kestävät nippusiteet 200 x 2,5 mm, 100 kpl:n pakkaus

Built for long-term outdoor exposure, the TRYTYT CV-200MW cable ties combine a compact 200 mm length with a slim 2.5 mm profile, yet deliver a dependable 80 N tensile strength. The black polyamide 6.6 material is UV-stabilized, so it resists degradation from sunlight far better than standard nylon ties. This makes the CV-200MW a smart choice for securing cables, conduits, garden netting, or temporary structures where weather resistance matters. Each pack contains 100 identical ties, giving you a consistent supply for larger projects without frequent reordering.

Highlights

• UV-resistant black nylon 6/6 withstands prolonged sun exposure without becoming brittle.
• 200 mm length and 2.5 mm width suit medium-duty bundling tasks up to 50 mm in diameter.
• Self-locking stainless steel barb holds bundles securely, even under vibration.
• Operating range from -40°C to +85°C covers harsh climates and industrial environments.
• UL94 V-2 flammability rating and halogen-free composition support safer installations.
• Good resistance to acids, alkalis, and oils extends service life in demanding settings.

In daily use

Electricians and network installers will appreciate how easily these ties thread through tight spaces. The slim width slips between closely spaced cables, while the curved tip speeds insertion. Once pulled tight, the locking mechanism grips firmly—no need for double-wrapping on most bundles. Because the material is UV-stabilized, you can leave them outdoors for months without seeing the cracking or fading common with generic ties. For garden trellises, outdoor lighting, or solar panel wiring, the CV-200MW holds up where ordinary ties fail.
