Get messages out quickly
Sometimes, the smartest decision is the fastest one. Choose the RICOH P C600 Color Laser Printer to share information at output speeds up to 42 ppm. It offers many robust capabilities to make a big impact in smaller spaces. Many jobs from multiple users can be completed quickly via the powerful 2 GB RAM processor. With fast warm-up and first-print speeds, the device can begin producing output in only 22 seconds.

Beat the drum of affordability
Increase productivity and profitability by reducing maintenance and delays. The P C600 includes a long-lasting, high-yield drum to significantly minimize your total cost of ownership. Add multiple paper trays to expand capacity to 2,100 sheets for longer, uninterrupted print runs. Replace toner cartridges in a few simple steps.

Show your true colors
Let's be clear — audiences find high-quality images more compelling. Make presentations, images, postcards, brochures and more memorable by sharing them with up to 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution. Create true reproductions in a vast array of rich colors and sharp text to convey your messages with clarity.

Print freely with mobile printing
Fast, mobile printing is now in the palm of your hand. Use Google Cloud Print, Mopria® printing or Apple AirPrint® to accept and produce jobs from smartphones, tablets and laptops. With RICOH Smart Device Connector app, you can connect to the printer without drivers, utilities or software by simply tapping the embedded Near Field Communication (NFC) tag with your Android® mobile device.

Gain confidence with advanced security
You crafted the right message — use the P C600 to ensure it reaches the right audience. With user authentication, only authorized users have access to print controls. Use the Locked Print feature and require a passcode before print jobs are released. Add encryption protection via an optional 320 GB Hard Disk Drive and DataOverwriteSecurity System (DOSS) to help protect sensitive information.

Vary your message
Use the P C600 to produce a wide range of documents including labels, statements, menus and more in hospitals, offices, schools and other locations. Choose paper stocks up to 80 lb. cover (220 gsm) from the standard and bypass trays or from up to three optional paper sources to keep work flowing. A wide range of paper sizes can be selected, including 8.5" x 14" legal-size documents.

Simplify print management
Choose from multiple software solutions to expedite everyday print management tasks and capture data in real time. With RICOH Streamline NX, you can remotely refresh your entire fleet with new settings and configurations. Use RICOH Device Manager NX Lite or RICOH @Remote Office NX to monitor critical device data, including usage logs, metering and more, from a centralized location.

Ease into fast, convenient printing
Print and share information quickly with the user-friendly interface on the tiltable LCD control panel. Intuitive controls allow you to navigate and transition between tasks with ease. You can also check network and supply status with just a glance.

Energize your bottom line
The compact printer can be placed almost anywhere without compromising space or energy. It offers a budget-friendly Typical Electricity Consumption value of 0.594 kWh/week, helping it achieve ENERGY STAR® certification. It also meets EPEAT® Silver* criteria. Reduce costs even more with default duplex printing.

How to use

Connect the Ricoh P C600 to your network via Ethernet or configure mobile printing using Google Cloud Print, Mopria or Apple AirPrint. Load paper into the standard or optional trays, select duplex printing if required, and print from computers or mobile devices. Use the tiltable LCD control panel to monitor status, change settings and access job queues. Replace toner cartridges and the long‑life drum according to on-screen prompts to maintain print quality.

Recommendations

For consistent output and lower running costs, use the recommended Ricoh consumables, enable default duplex printing, and consider adding optional paper trays to increase capacity for long, uninterrupted print runs. Enable user authentication and the optional HDD with DOSS when handling sensitive documents.
