Tips

To get the most out of your E35, start with a 5-minute warm-up at low resistance, then use the HRC programs to maintain your target heart rate zone. Adjust the saddle height so your knee is slightly bent at the bottom of the pedal stroke. Use the Bluetooth connectivity to sync with your favorite fitness app for structured workouts and progress tracking. Clean the bike regularly with a soft cloth and check the pedal straps for wear.
