Turvakypärä UVEX 9790159, suojatörmäyskypärä, musta, EN 812 -mukainen

The UVEX Safety Cap 9790159 is a black protective bump cap designed to provide basic impact protection in environments where a full hard hat is not required. Compliant with EN 812, this low-profile cap reduces the risk of minor head bumps from overhead obstacles or low-clearance areas while remaining lightweight and unobtrusive. Its discreet appearance makes it suitable for workplace use where safety and a professional look are both important.

Advantages

The bump cap delivers EN 812-compliant protection against low-energy impacts while maintaining a slim silhouette that fits under most headgear and does not interfere with visibility. Constructed for comfortable all-day wear, the cap offers a secure fit and even pressure distribution to reduce fatigue. Its black finish resists visible soiling and integrates with common uniform styles.

How to use

Place the UVEX bump cap on the head so the front brim sits just above the eyebrows and adjust the internal headband until the cap is secure without creating pressure points. The cap is intended to protect against minor bumps and should not be used where protection from falling objects, penetrating impacts, or high-energy impacts is required. Inspect the cap before each use for cracks, deformations, or damaged suspension components and replace it if any damage is found.

Recommendations

Use this protective cap in tasks involving low-risk head contact; pair it with other personal protective equipment as needed. Do not use the bump cap as a substitute for safety helmets when worksite hazards require certified industrial head protection.
