Turvakypärä Uvex airwing B 9762

The Uvex airwing B 9762 is a unisex safety helmet in white, constructed from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to provide reliable head protection in industrial and construction environments. Its lightweight shell and streamlined shape reduce bulk while maintaining impact resistance and durability. The helmet incorporates an adjustable fit system to accommodate a range of head sizes and to keep the helmet secure during routine movement and tasks.

Advantages

The HDPE shell delivers a good balance of strength and lightness, helping reduce user fatigue over long shifts. The adjustable suspension allows easy personalization for a secure fit, improving stability and comfort. The smooth outer surface resists dirt and is easy to clean, while the design supports compatibility with accessories such as ear protection or face shields. The white color offers good visibility in many work settings and reflects sunlight to help keep the shell temperature lower.

Key specifications

How to use

Place the helmet on the head and adjust the internal suspension until the helmet sits comfortably and firmly without excessive movement. Use the adjustment mechanism to fine-tune the fit so the front rim is approximately one to two finger-widths above the eyebrows. Inspect the helmet before each use for cracks, dents, or damage to the suspension system and replace the helmet if any defects are found. Clean the shell with mild soap and water and avoid solvents or abrasive cleaners that could degrade the material.

Recommendations

Store the helmet away from direct sunlight and high heat when not in use to preserve the HDPE material. Replace the helmet after any significant impact even if no visible damage is present, and follow workplace safety regulations regarding inspection intervals and accessory compatibility.
