Tussi Staedtler 301 WP6

The Staedtler 301 WP6 marker is a water-based fine-tip marker manufactured in Germany, designed for precise writing and drawing on paper and cardboard. Its washable ink provides easy cleanup while delivering consistent color flow and a reliable fine line suitable for detailed work. The compact barrel and balanced weight make the marker comfortable for extended use by students, artists, and professionals seeking accurate strokes and dependable performance.

Advantages

The fine tip enables precise lines and controlled detailing without excessive ink bleeding on most paper surfaces. Water-based, washable ink reduces staining on hands and clothing and simplifies cleaning from washable fabrics and surfaces. The color formula offers vivid, consistent pigmentation that maintains clarity over repeated use. The marker's build quality and tip resilience ensure stable performance during frequent use.

Suitable for

• Handwriting and note-taking on paper and notebooks
• Detailed drawing, sketching, and technical annotations
• School and classroom activities
• Cardboard labeling and craft projects
• Drafting simple diagrams and marking on non-porous covers (short-term)

Key specifications

• Tip type: fine point suitable for precise lines
• Ink type: water-based, washable formulation
• Recommended surfaces: paper and cardboard (best results on untreated paper)
• Origin: manufactured in Germany
• Barrel: slim, lightweight design for comfortable handling

How to use

Use the Staedtler 301 WP6 by holding the marker at a slight angle to the surface for smooth ink flow and consistent line width. Apply light to moderate pressure for fine strokes; increase pressure slightly for slightly broader lines while avoiding excessive force that could damage the tip. Store horizontally or capped when not in use to preserve tip shape and prevent drying. Test on a scrap piece of paper before applying to final artwork or important documents to confirm color and ink behavior.

Recommendations

For best results, use on untreated paper or cardboard and avoid prolonged contact with very absorbent or glossy surfaces. Rinse hands or washable fabrics with water promptly if ink contacts them. Replace the cap immediately after use to maintain tip condition and prevent ink drying.
