Tussi Staedtler Lumocolor 236

The Staedtler Lumocolor 236 is a hexagonal yellow marker designed for precise writing and drawing. With dimensions of 12 mm width and depth and a length of 113 mm, the marker offers a balanced, compact form that fits comfortably in the hand. Supplied as a single piece, this marker combines a reliable ink flow with a shape that prevents rolling on flat surfaces, making it suitable for repeated single-handed use in studio, office, or home environments.

Advantages

The hexagonal body provides an ergonomic grip for accurate control during extended use, while the compact length supports detailed work. The marker’s yellow ink delivers good visibility on many light and dark surfaces. Its construction resists accidental rolling and the tip retains shape for consistent line width over time. The single-piece pack is convenient for users who need a specific colour for diagrams, highlights, or surface marking without excess packaging.

Suitable for

• Writing and annotating documents, notes and diagrams
• Colour-coding, highlighting and marking on paper and cardboard
• Sketching and technical drawing where a yellow mark is required
• Labeling and short-term marking on various smooth surfaces

Key specifications

• Colour: Yellow
• Body shape: Hexagonal
• Dimensions: approximately 12 mm width × 12 mm depth × 113 mm length
• Pack quantity: 1 piece
• Tip type: fine/precise tip suitable for detailed lines (as typical for this model)

How to use

Remove the cap and hold the marker with the hexagonal body between thumb and fingers for a stable grip. Apply gentle, even pressure to produce a consistent yellow line; vary angle slightly to adjust line thickness as needed. Replace the cap after use to prevent drying. Test on a scrap piece of the intended surface before marking permanently to verify visibility and adhesion.

Recommendations

Store horizontally or with the cap firmly closed in a dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. For best results on non-porous surfaces, ensure the surface is clean and dry before marking. Keep out of reach of small children and avoid using on materials where permanent colour transfer is undesirable.
