The CORSAIR iCUE LINK QX120 RGB 120mm PWM Fans Starter Kit includes three 120 mm smart RGB fans and an iCUE LINK System Hub for single-cable setup. Each fan features multiple light zones, an integrated temperature sensor and dedicated MCU, magnetic dome bearings for low noise, and PWM control for speeds between 480 and 2000 RPM. The kit is part of the iCUE LINK ecosystem and supports chained connections to reduce cable clutter while enabling two-way communication and advanced lighting modes via CORSAIR iCUE software.

Advantages

The kit simplifies PC builds through single-cable connectivity and chainable components, reducing cable clutter. Each fan provides bright multi-zone RGB lighting with 34 LEDs, exclusive lighting modes including Time Warp, and per-fan temperature sensing for improved control. Magnetic dome bearings minimize friction and noise, while PWM control with Zero RPM support allows quiet, efficient cooling and precise speed regulation.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Custom desktop PC cooling upgrades and case fan replacements
• Systems that use CORSAIR iCUE software for unified lighting and fan control
• Enthusiast builds requiring multi-zone RGB lighting and temperature-aware fan control

Key specifications

• Product name: CORSAIR iCUE LINK QX120 RGB 120mm PWM Fans Starter Kit
• Fan diameter: 120 mm (kit fans)
• Speed range: 480–2000 RPM (PWM)
• Airflow: up to 82.5 CFM
• Static pressure: up to 3.5 mm-H2O
• RGB: 34 LEDs per fan across two light zones (four light loops total per fan as described)
• Bearing: magnetic dome bearing
• Features: integrated temperature sensor and dedicated MCU per fan, Zero RPM support, iCUE LINK System Hub included

How to use

Install the fans in your case using the supplied screws and connect them in a daisy-chain to the iCUE LINK System Hub using the single iCUE LINK connector. Connect the System Hub to your motherboard power and to your PC via the provided cable as instructed. Use CORSAIR iCUE software to detect the iCUE LINK devices, configure fan curves, monitor per-fan temperature sensors, and set RGB lighting modes such as Time Warp.

Recommendations

For optimal results, place intake and exhaust fans to maintain balanced airflow, configure PWM curves in iCUE to match system temperatures, and avoid obstructing airflow near fan inlets. Ensure the iCUE software is kept up to date to access the latest device compatibility and lighting features.
