Tuuletin Thermaltake SWAFAN EX14

The Thermaltake SWAFAN EX14 is a 140 mm computer case fan that combines a magnetic quick-connect system and swappable fan blades for easy installation and maintenance. Designed for 12 V operation with a variable speed range, it delivers reliable airflow and pressure for use on radiators, air coolers or in chassis with restricted ventilation while offering dual LED rings for customizable RGB lighting control.

Advantages

The fan’s magnetic force quick-connect design allows up to three fans to be daisy-chained on a single 12 V cable, reducing the number of cables and simplifying cable management. Removable fan blades make cleaning and blade replacement simple, and the dual LED rings with multiple LEDs enable advanced lighting effects via compatible software. The fan is engineered to maintain effective cooling performance even when mounted on thick radiators, air coolers or in cases with multiple filters.

Suitable for

• Case cooling in desktop PCs
• Mounting on CPU air coolers and 140 mm radiators
• Systems where simplified cable management is desired
• Builds requiring customizable RGB lighting

Key specifications

• Fan diameter: 140 mm
• Dimensions: 140 × 140 × 25 mm
• Operating voltage: 12 V
• Rotational speed range: 500–2000 RPM
• Maximum air pressure: 3.17 mmH2O
• Colour: White
• Dual LED rings with multiple LEDs for RGB lighting

How to use

Place the fan in the desired mounting position and align the magnetic connector of the included 12 V cable with the fan’s magnetic core to establish a quick connection. Up to three SWAFAN EX fans can be daisy-chained on a single cable; connect the cable to the power source or controller according to your system layout. To remove blades for cleaning, gently pop the blades out and reinsert them by pressing them back into place. If blades are rinsed with water, dry them completely and apply the included bearing lubricant if necessary before reassembly.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the fan on compatible 140 mm mounts and ensure secure magnetic connections when daisy-chaining multiple fans. Use the Thermaltake TT RGB Plus 2.0 software or NeonMaker to configure lighting; follow software instructions to synchronize lighting across compatible devices. When cleaning, avoid getting electronic connectors wet and ensure all components are fully dry before powering the system.
