Työkalujen säilytyslaukku Knipex 00 21 42

The Knipex 00 21 42 tool storage case combines robust materials and practical dimensions to protect and organize tools for professional and hobby use. Constructed from ABS plastic with aluminium and cast aluminium elements, the case provides a rigid shell and reinforced corners. Interior dimensions of 490 x 210 x 370 mm offer a sizable internal volume for hand tools, power tool accessories and consumables, while the external width of 520 mm and depth of 250 mm make it suitable for transport in vehicles or on-site storage.

Advantages

The case’s composite construction of ABS and aluminium provides a balance of impact resistance and structural strength without excessive weight. Reinforced cast aluminium fittings improve hinge and latch durability. The internal space and rectangular layout allow for straightforward organization of tool sets, and the exterior dimensions are optimized for carrying and stacking. Materials selected resist everyday wear and protect contents from knocks and abrasion.

Suitable for

• Storing and transporting hand tools such as pliers, wrenches and screwdrivers
• Organizing power tool accessories, batteries and cables
• Mobile service kits for electricians, plumbers and maintenance technicians
• Workshop storage where a rigid, stackable case is required

Key specifications

• Internal dimensions: 490 x 210 x 370 mm
• External width: 520 mm
• External depth: 250 mm
• Main materials: ABS plastic, aluminium, cast aluminium components
• Rectangular interior layout for efficient packing

How to use

Place tools and accessories inside the case according to size and frequency of use, grouping commonly used items near the access opening. Use internal partitions or foam inserts (if available) to prevent movement during transport and to reduce impact on sharp or delicate tools. Close and secure all latches before lifting or placing the case into a vehicle. For heavier loads, distribute weight evenly and use the case’s reinforced points for lifting.

Recommendations

Store the case in a dry environment to minimise corrosion risk to metal tools and periodically check hinges and latches for wear. When transporting heavy equipment, use additional padding and avoid overloading beyond the dimensions and structural intent of the case.
